Is this real leather?

No. It's vegan leather with a distressed, aged-effect finish. There are no animal products in any Wolvende mat.
Is it easy to clean?

Yes. The surface wipes clean with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks use a little mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid solvents, bleach and abrasive cleaners.
Does it slip on the desk?

No. A full-width non-slip rubber base keeps it firmly in place while you type, write or game.
